We came here out of curiosity to be able to know our position in the market and compare what we do with other companies. So that we can better understand and know the benchmarks to improve our practices and our services, to provide a better course and a better experience the following year. The most important thing for us, the HR Excellence Awards help us describe what we have been doing recently and prove our milestones.

Q What do you consider to be your company’s most significant contribution to employees over the past 12-18 months?

During this pandemic, we have continued to improve our services to make established systems even better. Employee health is our top priority and we truly care for our employees like family.

We have been constantly preparing the organization for growth and have continued to recruit and develop our employees as well as launch some innovations in this pandemic season.

In the midst of it all, we Appreciate all of the hard work of every leader and employee, and all of their efforts in innovation, talent development and strengthening our team collaboration.

Q What challenges did you have to overcome, both as CHRO and as a leader, and how did you overcome them? What was your greatest learning?

We have faced a number of external challenges in managing business activities, for example the VUCA environment; the COVID-19 pandemic; digital disturbance; and the talent war. Additionally, in the internal organization, we had to manage the expectations of our existing employees with the needs of the business.

At ACC, talent management is a pillar enabling talents to cultivate their character, skills and career.

Our commitment is to maintain the expectations and development of each talent and the needs of the company, and give them the opportunity to live a better life. All of this will unite us to be the premier finance company in Indonesia.

We look forward to creatively differentiating ourselves (our proposition) for better performance, and that’s what we’re going to do in 2022. various extraordinary ways. We will also continue to encourage and reward our employees for their contribution and innovation.

Q Get out your crystal ball – 10 years later, where do you see the future of HR?

At this time, we face a generation that has been shaped by digital, the web and social media. They have their own expectations and their way of working. Of course, their conditions will develop rapidly and affect the future of work. Being agile, flexible and adaptive is key to facing the future of HR.
